Daughters of the King
"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And Isaiah said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8
The Daughters of the King, Salome Chapter, is an awesome group of Calvary women committed to spreading Christ's kingdom (especially among women and girls), intercessory prayer, and service and support to the rector for whatever Calvary or the community needs. Daughters seek to serve. This is most evident in the Daughters' motto with the simple statement of, "Lord, what will you have me do?"
Being a member of the Daughters of the King is where your gifts can be utilized to glorify God, where your personal relationship with our Lord and with the other Daughters will grow, as you spend time fulfilling responsibilities as a Daughter
One of many service "tasks" of a Daughter is the privilege of spreading sunshine and a smile by delivering the altar flowers to whomever has been designated. The Daughters of the King seek to learn Christ's teachings and to do His will each day.
