Join us during the Lenten season on Wednesday nights as Messianic Rabbi John Ross from Congregation Beth Messiah brings a five-week teaching series called Hope Through Transformation.
As we reflect on the 40 days Jesus fasted in the wilderness during this season of fasting, prayer, and penance, we will look back at the 40 years in the desert that the Hebrew children experienced as they were delivered by God out of the bondage of slavery in Egypt. We will look at some truths from Exodus 6 that will be the foundation for our hope through transformation. Rabbi John and his wife Becky have been a part of Beth Messiah since 1994, and they currently reside in Rosenberg.
St. Mark’s and Calvary Episcopal church will be teaming up for a Lenten Program this year. A light supper will begin at 6:00pm, and the program will start at 6:30pm, ending with Compline. Invite a friend or two to join you for this time of fellowship, teaching, and inward reflection!
