Thanksgiving Feast

"If one of you say to him, 'Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill,' and yet do not supply their bodily needs, what good is that?" James 2:16

Calvary Episcopal Church provides a Thanksgiving Dinner to those in Richmond/ Rosenberg who would not otherwise have one.  Fort Bend Meals on Wheels provides meals to senior citizens who are part of the program every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.  More than 20 years ago, Calvary decided to step in and make the delivery to the seniors on Thanksgiving Day. A few years later the ministry expanded to other area families in need. This ministry is possible due to the dedication and generosity of over 100 volunteers from Calvary Episcopal Church, Boy Scout Troops, Calvary Episcopal Preparatory School, and Richmond/Rosenberg community members.
